Our Group 1 Ford Transit Service Centres are open as a minimum from:

A late night service is also available for routine servicing on Thursdays – simply drop off your vehicle by 4pm and you can collect by 10am the following day.

While-You-Wait Servicing

We can service your commercial vehicle when it suits you and respond to 1link online service booking requests within twenty minutes.

Whilst you wait, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments along with our free Wi-Fi service so you can carry on working from the comfort of our waiting lounge.

Alternative Transport

We know how important is to keep you on the move so are able to provide alternative transport where required. We'll also ensure there is dedicated commercial vehicle parking, with bays big enough for all Transit models.

Alternatively if it's easier we can collect and deliver your vehicle, within a reasonable travelling time (for an additional cost, or free within 30 minutes drive-time). We'll even wash your vehicle, before we hand back the keys, so that it looks its best.

VOSA Approved Services and MOTs

We provide VOSA approved speed limiting to all models within the Ford Commercial range and can also service your tachographs as well as MOTs (including Class 4, 5 and 7 tests).

Unscheduled Repairs / Priority Treatment for Urgent Repairs

When your commercial vehicles aren't at work, neither are your drivers. Our priority is to get you and your vehicle back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All initial diagnosis on urgent repairs are carried out within two hours of arrival, with parts ordered where necessary. We aim to complete the majority of repairs the same working day, to minimise the time spent off road.

Genuine Ford Parts Availability

If the parts your vehicle requires are not in stock they will be delivered to your local Group 1 Ford Transit Service Centre by 9am the next morning. All parts are designed and engineered to specific Ford standards.

Parts fitted outside of warranty carry a 'fitted in service' parts warranty. We also carry a wide range of tyres to suit all vehicles within the Ford commercial range

Ford Diagnostics / Ford Trained Technicians

For speedy and accurate fault diagnosis, we provide a sophisticated, internet-linked vehicle diagnostics system. All work is carried out by Ford-trained technicians, who benefit from Ford's online technical information and a dedicated Ford technical hotline.

We've also installed a dedicated backup from Ford online, with an electronic recall platform as well as Fleet and Accident Management service.
