Outstanding Service from Luke Swinburne and the Team at Group1Auto Swindon Me and my colleague recently purchased two new cars VW Golf Match from Group1Auto and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. A special Luke Swinburne, who provided excellent customer service throughout. Luke was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand our needs. His friendly approach and clear communication made us feel completely at ease. I would like to give a big thank you to him, who expertly managed the entire process to the final handover, everything went smoothly thanks to his exceptional attention to detail. He went above and beyond to keep us informed at every stage and ensured that everything was handled efficiently and with care. We can’t recommend Luke, and the entire Group1Auto team highly enough. Had the best experience in purchasing my new car today. Christian was extremely friendly, professional and swift in getting everything sorted for me in such short notice. Upon picking up the car, I didn’t realise the Golf Match didn’t come with mats as a standard thing but his colleague Eddie stepped in and made the executive decision to kindly offer me the mats for free. Such amazing customer service. Couldn’t fault anything with this branch and the team. Would highly recommend to buy from here.

I cannot ever remember completing a car purchase from enquiry to completion in such a short time. It is also the first time I have purchased remotely without visiting the dealership or seeing the car first. It was all delivered exactly as promised.

I purchased a car directly form this branch unseen as i live over a hundred miles away and dealt with Andre who was very friendly and made the process easy, he even delivered the car personally and sorted all the documentation out in record time. I have also spoke to the sales manager Matt on the phone for some after sales care and he is very professional and helpful, i truely have been made to feel like a valued customer.
