My VW Golf GTD was booked in for some small issues, rear wiper blade was dragging across the rear screen, rear washer jet had stopped working and the front wiper blades are making a noise when coming back up from the bottom. My greeting was fine when checking in my vehicle, the service staff had all my contact details and said your vehicle should be ready for around dinner time. I received a call from the dealer about 11.20 say my car was ready for collection, the staff who made the call to me said they have fixed all issues except the front wiper blades, I asked why they haven't been replaced and the response was they wouldn't be covered under warranty as they are clearing the windscreen. I get that they clear the front windscreen but the noise they make when is so annoying, especially when I am stuck in traffic which is every day, they never made this noise when I first got the car from new and with this still being under warranty I was hoping to get these changed. All the other jobs got done which I am satisfied with along with a quick complimentary wash which was a nice touch but with using the front wipers a lot this time of the year is quite annoying. All though this is a company car, I have treated this Golf as if it was my own, it has been ceramic wax twice since have owned it, washed every week and driven very carefully and was hoping to keep it in excellent condition. I am a railway engineer and like things spot on but unfortunately my car isn't that at the moment, for the sake of a set of wiper blades my experience hasn't been the best for my first visit.

Real car purchasers and car users read just lower star ratings.It’s a shame suppliers don’t always respond to them.
