There was plenty of choice of different models to choose from. When we were ready after looking around we met Martyna who came around with us answering any questions we had. After deciding which car we wanted she took us through the whole process and we walked out with a great car. Nothing was too much trouble. We picked the car up a few days later and she checked again to make sure we didn't have any further issues. We have also had a follow up phone call to check everything was okay. Throughly recommend Martyna and the garage to anyone looking for a car.

The entire process was so straightforward with James McJury. From the inital welcome, explaining the options available, discussing what was best for me. Going for test drive and again looking at what best suits me. James kept me updated throughout with video updates which I was able to understand clearer what he was something that can easily be missed in a phone or email. The handover too was excellent, James explained again how the car functions work. No question was too small throughout the entire process and I am very happy

Broke down and had VW assist attend, it was decided to have my vehicle recovered to the nearest VW dealership which was Exeter. I was told I would get a courtesy car even though I am only 17 years old. It was late and told that a replacement was ready at the local Enterprise office, when I got there was told I was too young and declined a vehicle. It was too late to do anything other than get my dad to come and get me. I was tired, unhappy and had no car and only passed my test 3 months ago. It felt like the end of my world. The next day I emailed the dealership politely telling them about my experience. Shortly after my dad received a call (as I was at work) from the dealership apologising, believing that it had all been sorted and I had been given a car. It was agreed that it was more important to resolve this than review what had happened. Daniel asked to be given time to quickly address the courtesy car and determine how long my car would be, getting the parts and repaired. In less than an hour contacted my dad saying that he was on with getting me a courtesy car and required additional information and that with a little luck my car would be ready the following day and would be delivered back to me. This being the case we were happy to just wait for my car. It was returned to me as agreed washed and valeted (really was nice and clean). When you breakdown and the day just seems to disappear you just look to blame people even those trying to help you. After a good night’s sleep and Daniel’s phone call to my dad the next day (as I was at work) who clearly did care and I felt he did everything he could have done to put this right which he did. When the dealership was made aware of the problem they stepped up to the plate and sorted it. I want to thank Daniel and the dealership for helping me in my hour of need. Will certainly use the dealership again.

First rate. Welcoming, efficient and thorough. The process was very easy compared to cars I bought in the past. There was no pressure no hurrrying and all questions were answered clearly and transparently.

I can’t emphasise enough about how grateful and impressed I am with VW and the sales staff at Exeter! Specifically James! He was so thorough with explaining about electric cars and it was very clear he knew his stuff! I was very unsure about going electric but after the amount of time and explaining James took I was sold! Even got to go for a spin in one the same day after I just walked in out of the blue! The digital side of it all was brilliant and the customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. I am so pleased with my ID.4! The follow up after care was also really appreciated. 10 stars from me not 5!
