Sept-2024 Buying my Golf. Wow, Stuart at the branch made the whole process buying a used Golf super easy. We felt reassured throughout and the 2 year warranty when driving off also helped. Definitely going back when we want another VW. All the staff we dealt with were great, and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. Even had a coffee and a nice area to sit and wait while paperwork was sorted. Jan-2024 Update - Arranging 1st Service. Had an email reminder for first service. I rang and spoke to the service team and they advised when to bring Golf in based on current mileage, rather than straight away, which was great. Just booked in for Feb 2024. They explained what the service included, cost and then sent a confirmation email. Will update in Feb on how service went. Feb-2024 Update - Attending 1st Service. I had multiple reminders that the appointment was coming up and was then able to book in a few days before online. This gave me the opportunity to see what the service included and choose to get the car washed for free, along with a few service options. I took the car in and had the choice at the front door to self-check-in the keys to a secure mini locker using my mobile number or car registration. As I had a few more questions, I was directed straight away to the service area. Gary was there waiting to answer all my questions plus info on payment options available and a time to return to collect the car. I decided to pop into Bolton while the service took place. An hour later, an email and text message came through with a link to a video of the underside of my car, showing the condition of the tyres, suspension, exhaust, and brakes. This was amazing and really reassuring. I returned to the dealership, paid for the service and left with my clean car. What a great experience.
