Bought my vw golf in, for brakes discs and pads to be replaced, as I did not trust the person prior who completed a job. Unfortunately VW had a code in place, which meant the mechanic could not release the calipers, but did everything he could to attempt this. Sadly it meant I had to venture back to VW, who tried to state this was not their issue, but they then had to carry out the work. Thanks so much to Dean, who attempted everything to release these, and was very honest and trustworthy with his work. It was noted that my brake fluid had not been changed, and was therefore contaminated, which should have been completed during a previous full service. Dean was very vigilant, and even showed me the elements of the car, and the system messages restricting him from completing the work sadly. I will definitely return, as the honesty and integrity shown, were amazing and not trying to make me pay, for anything I did not need. Signs of honest people, thank you for your time, and attempts at this. I also had a browse at some of the Toyota cars, and was assisted by Abbie, who was pleasant and professional. Abbie showed me the different cars, and as I like a car with a bit of power, I was shown the larger cars on the forecourt. This was at the end of the day, and Abbie still engaged and was in no rush to leave, to ensure I had my questions answered. I am not quite ready to change my car just yet, however, this has made me seriously consider looking into a car with Toyota. There was no pressure to buy, and time taken to explain, and even getting further knowledge from a mechanic at the time too. This has enabled me to compare my own car, and the power and stability of a Toyota, and will certainly be looking at booking a test drive. It was nice not to feel pressured into purchasing, and to have the time taken to explain the car, by more than one staff member. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

This is the third time I have bought a car since arriving in the UK. I have been to many dealers of different brands and this was a very pleasant experience! G1 Toyota Burton Edwin provides detailed information on every detail! Very attentive to follow up on issues within the car! Because of him, I will plan to replace another wife's car and ask Edwin for help!

All the staff here are very friendly, especially Edwin(Sales Consultant), he is very serious about his service and he knows every car very well. There is a good introduction to my car needs. Although I bought a used car, the quality of the service was amazing. For after-sales service is also in place. Had a very good experience with this purchase.

I highly recommend Group 1 Toyota. This was my first experience with car finance and Parv and Zelda kept me informed throughout the entire process. They found me a great deal that was within my personal budget that I just couldn’t refuse.
