I recently had an oil change service and I can highly recommend Porsche Centre Bournemouth. With a lovely warm welcome from the Ladies on reception and the Service Advisor Lois, being brilliant it was a pleasure to deal with them all. Thank you.

I had my car serviced by PCB last Friday, the work was carried out by Nick Perry, a very experienced Porsche mechanic who I always request to work on my Carrera 4s. they have an established team in all areas at the Porsche Centre, sales and service, as well as new faces, yet to meet I have 22 years of experience with PCB. As a long term Porsche owner and an avid enthusiast of the brand, I am connected to many hundreds via social media (askgeez). A friend had recently bought a car from Bournemouth and others use them for servicing. Feedback was so positive from everyone that I chose to make the 250mile round trip and leave car there for its major service. On arrival I was introduced to the technician and offered an inspection in the diagnostic bay. Lois and Cavan on service team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable from booking to pickup. I was kept informed with emails and photos and car was ready early. On collection I met the dealer principal who thanked me for choosing their centre, which was a nice touch.

It doesn't matter if you turn up to admire the cars, the treatment is the same. The staff are humble enough to offer you a coffee if you turn up for pictures only.

This is a general review of Porsche Centre Bournemouth as well as specifically for the Service work performed by Nick Perry over the last 3 years. This is a good business, one which I have been visiting for Sales and Service since I purchased my car new from them in 2011. As with all good relationships, there are ups and downs but the Centre adopts a strong Customer Service ethic. I choose to continue to service the car at a Porsche Main Dealer because of service quality and continuity. I generally deal with Rod Winter from an advisory perspective, especially as he is now the nominated Porsche Classic Contact. Rod is excellent, always responsive and friendly. And above all, experienced and very knowledgeable. For many years, Richard Smithies performed the service work, including the PDI which they actively involved me in. As an enthusiast I appreciated this. When Richard moved to an even more Senior Role, he recommended Nick Perry to take over. Nick is a thoroughly professional technician with vast experience and is also the Centre’s Porsche Classic Specialist. There is almost always an example of a full rebuild he has undertaken on display as you enter the Centre. Nick greets you and enthuses about your car, appreciating it is a low-mileage and well maintained example. He is extremely careful to protect the car while working on it, including covering the door entry sills. During a major service in 2023 he invited me to see the engine which I hadn’t seen since 6 years earlier. You really feel involved! Some Customers may not be interested in this level of interaction but it’s important to me. He is a real credit to the business and you feel in very safe hands! Gary Pont runs Aftersales and is always happy to have a chat. He is also hugely experienced. I also often engage with Sarah Kidd who I’ve seen grow into her career at the Centre. I can’t recommend this Centre enough and specifically Rod, Nick, Gary and Sarah from a Service perspective. We have a new car on order and I will update this review accordingly to reflect the Sales experience. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been a customer of Porsche Bournemouth for over 14 years and my recent experience from the Service team was, as usual, exceptional. Jake Corke was my service team contact for this visit and he was excellent - a great combination of being efficient and friendly but also clearly passionate / interested in the marque - a great ambassador for not only the Bournemouth dealership but also the Porsche brand. A great experience from start to finish, and not forgetting the always warm and friendly welcome I receive from the lovely ladies on the reception desk!

From start to finish the overall experience of my visit to Porsche Bournemouth has been outstanding! everyone from receptionist to service advisors have been fantastic, highly recommend them! Well worth the drive from Winchester area.
