Recently I called into the showroom of Stratford upon Avon as my boot, on my current Mercedes, had unexpectedly locked closed due to an electrical issue. I was greeted by Karen on reception who is a superb face of Mercedes and who was incredibly helpful. Steve Ryder came outside to look at my car, in his words, he wasn’t sure what he could do but he would try and help - which I was incredibly grateful to him for as I was in a real pickle needing the boot access thus Steve ended up popping through to service team and Mark came to take a look. Mark was just brilliant, he and some of the team really helped when I needed help most - between Mark and the technicians they got the boot temporarily open and working to which I was thankful. As it happens I was in the process of deciding to buy a new car and indeed that morning had test driven a Audi Q3 however due to the service receive that day I decided to remain with Mercedes and I purchased a GLA 200 that the team sourced. This was all done in record time and with really great customer service, my special thanks to Dan and Jas. Dan Ryder is a super addition to the sales team and did all he could to help make the process as smooth as possible and in record time yesterday I collected my new car and am already delighted with it. Anyone thinking of buying a Mercedes, go for it, through the Stratford branch a they are brilliant and won’t let you down which at the end of he day is what we want especially with a new car. … I love the GLA …it’s a beautiful finish and fabulous drive - thank you to the whole team you made it a pleasure.

My wife and I travelled to Stratford from south wales, to see one of your cars we were met by James who was lovely to deal with very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. We also were dealing with Jas who was also lovely. Between them they were able to get everything sorted the same day and we drove our new car home. Many thanks James barker

To investigate p/ex against a used Mercedes GLA and view potential suitable vehicles on site or in Group1 stock. We are previous customers of the Stratford upon Avon dealership and always had excellent service. We received good p/ex offer for our car, a suitable car from the dealership stock was identified and the transaction was negotiated and completed within 6 days including setting up a Service plan and Extended Warranty plan. We were dealt with courteously and patiently by Dan and John from the Sales team and we left having picked up our new car as very happy customers.

Such a great experience! We went in unsure on what to do, but were so well taken care off by Charlie and Alex. They went through all our options with us and informed us what we could do for each option! We were a little sad to trade in our old car for a new one as we had so many good memories with it, but just as Charlie said this new one will hold even more memories, special ones too. We are so happy!! Thank you Charlie and Alex for all your attention and care towards us x

We visited Stratford Upon Avon Mercedes to have a look at one of their vehicles. We had Dan look after us and his customer service was exceptional. He allowed us to test drive the car we were looking at in a different model to see whether it would be suited to us before bringing the car we wanted, over from another dealership. During the process, he was really attentive, checking in with our needs and accommodated all of our requests. Upon picking up the vehicle, the car was immaculate due to his attention to detail. He also took time out to explain the features of the car which showed a great amount of patience. He was brilliant and we hope to see him again when we're ready to upgrade. From the initial enquiry through to the collection of my new vehicle I felt looked after. The level of customer service offered by Hollie following my enquiry was 10 out of 10. I was delayed during my journey and this did not impact the reception I received at all. Hollie was very welcoming and offered refreshments immediately. Whilst completing the paperwork I was introduced to Jas who again was extremely helpful. We travelled from South Wales (a 2 hour journey on a good day) to visit this dealership for a specific vehicle and even with the distance I still would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends.
