First and foremost I’m a Motabilty customer. I have been for the last 3 Mercedes supplied and serviced by inchcape Mercedes at Cheshire Oaks. I have left various reviews before, some very positive, some not so positive. My CLA shooting brake was called in for a Factory recall on the power steering and a couple of software updates. Plus the workshop found the car had been visited by an uninvited Rodent who dined on some wiring and a sensor!!! This work has been completed and the car is back to perfection again. Thanks to a great workshop team. The car was very kindly cleaned inside and out. Again it was perfect. Thanks to the cleaning team. Service receptionist!!! Not good, I am as I stated above a Motabilty customer. I don’t expect the reception team to know what my health issues are but it is clearly visible I do not walk well and cannot walk long distances, hence I have a Motabilty car. I sat waiting in the reception area waiting to hand over my keys and receive the keys for my loan car. Really not sure why in my case the reception person stood over me to go through the process and talk loudly!!, I’m not hard of hearing, or why she didn’t address me by my name or sit down as she did with all the other customers she attended while I was there. I returned to collect my car later in the day and was treated exactly the same, an item that required work to fix had needed Motabilty to agree the cost for this work, I really did not need this to be announced in a loud voice when handing over my keys, I already knew this was the case having been informed by her in a telephone call earlier informing me my car was now ready to collect. Then handed my keys and told, your car is parked outside and she walked away to attend to another customer. I was now feeling this is very rude and not the kind of “ service” I expect from Mercedes Benz at any dealership. My car was in the car park, along with 8/9 other white Mercedes and was subsequently found to be parked a long way from the reception doorway, not being clearly visible and my walking does not allow me to search all the cars to check which is mine. A very kind young lady stood by the door offered help, located the car and I finally retrieved it and left the dealership. Extremely happy with the work carried out by the workshop and valeting team. Extremely embarrassed and belittled because a Stroke 10 years ago affects my mobility. We are customers, directly or indirectly we pay for our cars, we have worked hard all our lives and contributed lots, both financially and in other ways. We deserve better treatment and consideration than I received. Some in the reception team are fantastic and they have been very helpful in past visits. It’s not rocket science for the dealership to identify a Motabilty customer on their system and train reception teams to treat these and in fact all clients with a higher standard of service. I’m due to change my car this year. I have owned many, many Mercedes over the years. This experience on Monday does not endear me to replace it with a new Mercedes, if they decide to rejoin the scheme as rumoured!!. More than happy to increase my star rating to 4 Stars now my concerns are being reviewed by management. Look forward to my next service at Mercedes Cheshire Oaks

Fantastic service, several members of staff went out of their way to assist with part ex’ing my old 228k mile BMW. I couldn’t find the spare key or service history which caused no end of problems however staff were very accommodating and helped sort everything out. Looked after by Sean, Aaran and big thank you to Hannah

Amazing service from start to finish from buying my new Mercedes CLA 180. I just want to say a massive thank you to Morgan who had helped me throughout the whole process! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and provided excellent help and made the sale of my new car perfect. Along with this the whole team were very welcoming and it was a very nice environment to be in. I would highly recommend visiting the Cheshire Oaks branch if you are looking at buying a Mercedes.

Our car is showing all sorts of faults - not easy to diagnose but they seem to have done a good job - needs a new wiring harness as it seems to be bad connections. Very poor for a Mercedes car with 5000 miles on the clock but that is a manufacturing issue (in South Africa where this care came from) not the fault of this dealership. Lawren has been excellent in keeping us updated and explaining the issues - service as it should be. We have the car back now as there is nothing dangerous with it and await an update on delivery times which could be up to 4 months apparently. Again not good enough from Mercedes but not the dealership's problem. Mercedes - if you want to continue to charge and justify high prices for your products I suggest that you sort out quality and supply issues. Wiring harnesses should not fail within the lifetime of the car - you are beginning to look like a 3rd rate car firm.
