I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack Clarke at the Mercedes Cheshire Oaks garage. His quality in service was some of the best I have experienced when buying cars. He was attentive and listened to what I was after. On my first visit of browsing for cars, I had sat down with Jack and within 20 minutes of chatting, I was out test driving the model of car I wanted. And after that, we shook hands on a sale! Between then and the collection, he was responsive and all paper work was boxed off online. On collection day, he provided a great service. This is the first car I have bought as brand new, and he made it a special occasion for me! Can’t thank Jack and the team at Mercedes Cheshire Oaks enough.

I arrived at the Chesire Oaks site to drop off my wife's car for service. While waiting, I started chatting with one of the sales team and explained that I was planning to move from Mercedes to another brand. The ensuing conversation was a great example of a business understanding its customers' requirements. I explained why I was considering buying from a competitor - the staff member listened to my reasons without any attempt to direct me to a Mercedes product. The question posed by the sales team member was well considered - "Why leave the Mercedes family after seven vehicles purchased?" This was insightful and relevant - why would I leave when I had received exceptional service for more than fifteen years? So, I did change my mind, and yes, I did purchase an eighth Mercedes; the reasoning is only partly due to the product, the key was exceptional customer service and continued access to the world-class Mercedes network. Overall, a unique and satisfying experience which I will likely be repeating in 2026.
