Purchase my wife’s NX460h at Lexus Nottingham last November. A special experience. So much so, I popped in earlier this week and bought a brand new RZ. I searched high and low, I had very specific expectations around the product, service, delivery, and ongoing support. I needed a WOW factor. Along came Nash, Sales Manager at Lexus Notts. Firstly, buying direct from Lexus, is the only option, forget the second hand car market. OTHERS (dealers) had little or no substance other than the commission they’d receive. Nash however, oozes experience, expertise, and ever so modestly too. And Notts Lexus is the Rolls Royce in the industry, with reliability and product quality being second to none. The cost was fair, buy cheap by twice; however the perfectly timed and delivered as promised after sales support is worth twice what I paid. Further, not once over the past 6 months, has Notts not immediately called me and assisted on the smallest of “user” requests I’ve made. In Nash and Phil (aftercare) I know I have experts who will look after me, and not just weekdays… The handover of this 25 plate was blissfully easy, training and set up made it child’s play. Don’t let sales people distract you, don’t shop around, remove any anxiety; simply call Nash and enjoy.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this branch. Upon initial contact i spoke with Zahir who answered all my questions and as i was keen on the car he stayed in contact making sure the process is as smooth as possible. I put deposit down once i was happy with everything which was a very easy process and a week later picked up the car. When i arrived again Zahir was there and showed me the car. Test drove the car and again any question i had was answered. Shortly after getting back to branch i transferred the money and drove home in my new car.
