I recently changed my ES300 for a LBX and was looked after by Harry Harris who was really helpful in helping me make the decision to change. He was very professional and attentive to my needs and from start to handing over the new LBX was excellent.

My experience was everything you would expect from a Lexus dealership, as soon as you walk in you know that you are being looked after. Harry Harris, who completed my handover, was extremely helpful and literally couldn’t have done more for me. Tom Mutton covered all the financial options, offered me some great advice and never appeared anything other than wanting to find the best option for me without any hidden agenda. I came away from there with my lovely new car feeling very happy indeed.

I visited Lexus Guildford to test drive an RX and was greeted by an incredibly welcoming group of staff. Harry was my appointed salesman oops sales person and was I was very impressed by his honest and open approach to selling cars. He allowed me to test drive a UX as I didn't warm to the RX, and I even went back a week later to test drive an NX! I have now bought a UX and will take Harry out for a game of golf as he's a former pro level golfer and very nice human being! Thanks for all your hard work Harry.

I have nothing but praise for the sales team at Lexus Guildford - especially Harry Harris the gentleman who assisted with my purchase of a used Lexus UX 250h. I never at anytime felt pressurised or given any hard sell. He efficiently handled all the paperwork, answered all my questions and made the handover seamless. A really nice guy with a good attitude.
