I made a used car enquiry recently and although we could not get to a deal Ben handled my enquiry swiftly and gave me all the information I required both in an excellent video and over the telephone.I certainly would recommend Lexus Derby

Surely I count in your VIP list now as I've visited you guys multiple times in Last 3 months..š Car was due for a intermediate service got it booked on as usual, did ask for a curtesy car for the day but wasn't available which is totally understandable.. As I got to the showroom I was offered a lift to bus station. Not many companies do this.. Really thankful for it.. Car checked and got serviced perfectly. Looked after my partner and the dog when I visited just a week before we both are really happy with the service you guys have provide us... Wonderful and attentive service from Ben who is the Motibility specialist at Derby.Ben has been available to advise me throughout the whole process of obtaining my first car using the scheme.He made sure collection ran as smoothly as possible.My whole experience of Motability has been made straight forward and simple thanks to Ben.I love my new Lexus, thank you Ben.

Our experience with Lexus and the team at Lexus Derby could not have gone better. From the initial visit to taking delivery of our new car. A particular mention to Ben who was knowledgable and helpful without pressurising for a sale. Another special mention to Stacey who made the handover go smoothly answering silly little questions that she may have heard so many times with a smile. Thank you all

I did not visit the dealer and the car was collected from my home address. I was kept updated on the carās progress together with a video and list of advisories. The car was returned cleaned and immaculate. Usual high standards of collection and return from this dealer. The after sales service is one of the main reasons for buying a Lexus, the car is really looked after.
