Our experience with Lexus Derby has been a positive one. From the minute we entered the showroom we were met with a warm welcome, asked how best they could assist us and directed to a seating area and offered refreshments whilst a salesperson was assigned to us. Owen, our sales person, listened to what we wanted and had excellent advice regarding both the car we were interested in, any extras and the financial options available should we wish to consider them. Owen had an excellent balance of giving information and advice without being pushy. His approach to the sale was professional and very tailored to the needs of the customer instead of pushing off stock to meet monthly quotas. It was refreshing meeting a salesperson who had genuine passion and drive for his job. After enquiring about other cars in other locations we chose to purchase from Lexus Derby because of their approach with us…. Professional, upfront, honest and particularly because of Owens passion for selling cars and his desire to shape us the best car/package/deal he could give us, nothing was too much trouble. We do not get excited about buying cars, however, yesterday we drove home in our brand new car feeling gooooooood ! :)

What a great experience. I had been searching for an LBX for my wife and spoke to several dealers around the Midlands, I then stumbled across the gem of an employee that Lexus have….. Owen! What a great guy! The type of salesman that a lot of people could learn a thing or two from, he’s a great listener, holds a conversation well and successfully come out of the process unharmed negotiating with me :) We have purchased plenty of cars over the years and by a country mile this was the most pleasant. Well done Lexus Derby and Owen, I’m a very hard person to please and you are one of the few to succeed - maybe it will be Lexus for me next time ;) It was equally as fun getting him to pose for a picture, which made him extremely uncomfortable haha.

Excellent service from start to finish, all the staff at this dealership where very friendly and attentive. Booked in at 8.30am collected my car at 12pm all washed and vacuum cleaned. Well done Derby Lexus.
