We took our car in for a minor warranty covered issue. From the time of booking, through our sit and wait attendance, to collection of the car, we could see the efficiency, customer-orientated approach and transparency of the Aftersales Centre. We could feel that both our car and ourselves were being taken care of properly and professionally . In particular, we were being looked after by one appointed member of the Aftersales Car Team, Catherine Musk, who took us through the whole attendance from arrival to collection of the car afterwards. This personal human approach is rare in these days. Due to some technical issues on our warranty repair, it took much longer than anticipated. Catherine kept us updated through our wait and kept checking with the workshop for progress - even with reasons of the technical issues encountered and the way the workshop was overcoming them. In the end, our car was collected and repaired to our satisfaction. In view of the long wait, Catherine could not apologise enough and we left the Aftersales Care Centre with an unexpected gift from Land Rover! I definitely give Catherine and the workshop a rating of 10 out of 10 for their professional and customer focused approach. I will definitely return to this Group 1 Aftersales Centre in the future and recommend it to other Land Rover owners. You can see that they are busy but yet, you still get the personal attention and professional service. This is the third time we visited this Aftersales Center and we can say that our experience of their overall services is consistent every time.

After arriving at Inchcape's sales centre in Guildford instead of their separate service centre for my 8am appointment I was worried that this was the start of a downhill experience. My worry increased when I was told that although my appointment was for 8am, my Land Rover would only get into the workshop at 11h30 and so would only be available at around 13h30. Since I don't live in Guildford, I was hoping to wait for it. No problem - enter Rob, my service advisor. After about 20 minutes he came to inform me that he'd pulled some strings and my car was in the shop being worked on and shouldn't take too long. By 10h30 my car was ready and all sparkly clean after the complimentary wash. There's a spacious waiting area with tables and free coffee and softdrinks so I could work comfortably. Noticeably, there were lots of service and other staff scurrying around so they are clearly geared around providing top level customer experience. I was aso pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for the service I had booked. Well done Inchcape JLR. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance!
