Also, the after-sale customer service is excellent, especially the Group 1 Land Rover Guildford. They provide high quality service, regular communication regarding what work would be carried out, courteous and helpful staff. I really appreciate the fact that this service centre always offers to clean my car inside and outside free of charge each time I visit there. I've been to other Land Rover service centres in London and Kent, but I've found Group 1 Land Rover Guildford provides the best customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rosie was very professional in her services that led to us buying 2 vehicles on the same day and providing us with great after sales notifications, prompt documentation and making us feel welcome throughout the process. She was not rushed and allowed us to consider the vehicles in our own time, test drive, answered all questions, was very patient and was certainly a breath of fresh air in salesmanship. We are based in London and were looking for a 7 seater Discovery, one was identified at Group 1 in Watford and we were about to purchase, but the test drive experience was not great, hence looking at other Group 1 dealerships we saw the vehicle online at Guildford. Making contact with Rosie initially, she understood we needed to travel to Guildford, arranged a convenient appointment and despite being late due to traffic she showed understanding. We ended up not only loving the Discovery but my wife also liked the Range Rover and hence ended up buying both. Rosie did not rush us at any stage, even working after hours and she ensured she was present when we went to pick the vehicles after purchase even though it was her day off.
