Excellent!, from initial meeting to handover of the new car! We called in on a chilly Sunday in February looking for a used vehicle. The welcome at the dealership was warm and friendly and we were introduced to the sales team. They listened to my requirements for a particular specification and recommended some alternatives. I was offered a test drive in a similar specification vehicle to get a feel for the new model. When i weighed up all the options that were explained to me, I was happy to sign for a new vehicle with the exact specification required. The sales team then patiently spent time explaining the process and the additional options that were available to me. At no time did i feel pressured into taking out options that i felt were not needed. Once i had signed, the team interrogated the build register at the factory and located a car that would be suitable for me and gave me a projected date of arrival. Tetbury Audi then contacted me weekly to update me on the cars progress, until we fixed a date for collection at the dealership. On handover day, again the welcome at the dealership was warm and friendly. Plenty of time was allocated to go through the necessary paperwork, and more importantly , the functions of the new car. Once i was happy, the sales team offered their thanks for my business and agreed to check in with me over the next few days to make sure all was ok. They followed up on this promise, and i'm very pleased with the car and the dealership

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Audi Tetbury. From start to finish, Richard and the manager Mike went above and beyond to part exchange and source the perfect car for us, despite us being pretty specific on what we wanted! From our first chat we felt assured that these guys were not your ‘stereotypical car salesmen’! We were met with attentiveness and honesty throughout, and the speed of the whole process was an extra bonus, with receiving a brand new car earlier than expected - in less than 2 weeks! We were given a car demo before leaving, and Richard has kindly checked in with us since to ensure we are happy. A top class & luxurious experience throughout.
