Sales Roles at Group 1 Automotive
The Sales Executive at Group 1 is primarily responsible for generating vehicle sales, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the revenue and profitability of our 80+ dealerships across the UK.
They serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient purchasing process. Our Sales Executives possess a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills.
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the sales process operates smoothly.
They act as a crucial link between the sales team, customers, and other departments within our Group 1 dealerships.
Our Sales Coordinators have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
The Sales Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the efficiency and organisation of the sales process.
Some of the responsibilities include handling paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Similar to the Sales Coordinator, the Sales Administrator role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
The Head of Business is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of a dealership or automotive business unit.
This role involves strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and leadership to ensure the business achieves its goals and delivers exceptional customer service.
General Managers are responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the dealership.
