As an update for the infotainment system in new Toyotas, the Toyota Touch 2 with Go system aims to enhance the current range and also help to keep you up to speed as much as possible.
Thanks to its great connectivity functions and easy-to-use format, the Touch 2 with Go system is part of the simpler line-up of multimedia systems offered by Toyota. It is now just the Touch 2 or the Touch 2 with Go systems available to your Toyota.
If fitted or selected as an option, Touch 2 with Go comes with three years of annual map care updates as well as three years of connected services. As standard in the Excel trim line (except for the Yaris), the system comes with 3D maps, voice recognition and text-to-speech for the navigation system.
The design of the infotainment system has also been altered to make it easier to use, as a new tile format has been brought in to make for easier access to all the features. A split-screen system feature has also been added to help on certain screens, such as the satellite navigation.
Auto-navigation is also a helpful feature that can help you get where you need to be as quickly as possible, as you set a timetable in your navigation options so that when you need to get home, the car knows how to get you to your destination in the quickest time. If fitted, you can use Apple’s Siri eyes-free software to set a destination and control your journey when you connect your iPhone.
You can connect your MyToyota customer account to then make sure you keep track of your vehicle and stay up to date with servicing.
All models built from June onwards will have the Touch 2 with Go system fitted as standard, you will be staying up to date, including with the new C-HR crossover.
