The team at Inchcape Toyota Oxford held a Christmas Fayre on Friday 7th December inviting people to join them for an evening of entertainment and fundraising. Supporting the local community, businesses in the area were invited to the showroom to host stalls selling a variety of festive goods. Stall holders made a donation to Alzheimer’s Society and customers took part in fundraising activities including a raffle and personalising a bauble for the remembrance tree, raising in excess of £700 for the charity.
General Manager, Simon Willis-Smith said, “It was a fantastic occasion, with the team pulling together to create a winter wonderland for our customers to enjoy. The evening was a great success with customers and colleagues really getting into the festive spirit. I would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work in making this event happen and for the contributions made to Alzheimer’s Society."
Alzheimer’s Society supports more than 40,000 people affected by dementia. Since the partnership began in April of this year, Inchcape has so far raised £18,000 and the team at Oxford have made a great contribution towards Inchcape’s £50,000 fundraising target.
