The flexible element is the oil change service. Sensors detect the oil degrading and the car calculates the oil change requirement (influenced by driving style, journey types, temperature etc.)

• The actual mileage achieved before the oil change service is due will be between 9,300miles and 18,600miles based on the above factors 
• Designed to be more cost effective for you.
• Vehicle may not require any visit for a service event for up to 18,600miles or 2 years
• All other service & maintenance items are distance and/or time related
• Suitable for high performance vehicle customers

• Offers you peace of mind that your car is being checked annually as Vehicle Health Check (VHC) should be completed with oil service
• Suitable for high performance vehicle customers. 
• Inspection service falls at the same time as every other oil change and can be completed in one visit
• May also be aligned with MOT test
• Enables you to more accurately plan for costs
• Software updates and any available product enhancements can be applied more regularly
• All other service & maintenance items are distance and/or time related

*Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) typically require an inspection service every 2 years but do not have the mileage requirement (exceptions at time of print include the e-tron50/55 that also have the 18,600miles (30,000km) criteria).
