Group 1 Audi Colchester

We have been served by Ewen, amazing salesman, attentive, appreciative and charismatic. Thank you for your trust and professionalism!

We took our Audi in for a diagnosis. We dealt with Ashley in Service. He was incredibly helpful, courteous and understanding regarding our position with our car. Reassuring, he went above and beyond to assist us. We will be going back for all our future maintenance. Refreshing to find a main dealer with such an excellent attitude, most of them look down on their customers unless you are buying a new car. Not this one. Thanks Ashley. Clive Woolhouse. Audi A4.

Jahan, very helpful and made the buying process very easy.

Jahan great professional service. I would deal with again

I recently booked a 70000 miles inspection oil service for my A5 Coupe and they were able to carry out the work on Monday 12th October as arranged in September. I was informed of a safety recall, which they carried out as a matter of urgency. Once this was done they sent me a video of my inspection. It was detailed and I was able to see a puncture in my N/S rear tyre and excessive wear in my lower front curved bushes. The technician was able to move the bushes around with his hands and I was happy to be informed of these safety issues as I drive over 100 miles a day on busy roads. When it came to settling my invoice I was able to choose 0% finance. This saved me the hassle of funding the cost. I am new to Audi having purchased my car from Group 1 Approved Cars in Hailsham, this July. Although I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by your after sales team at Ipswich Road Colchester, I am slightly concerned about the inspection carried out by Group 1 Approved Cars Hailsham. I worked in car sales during the 90's and early 2000's from Mercedes Benz and know that the wear in these bushes was so severe that it would of been noticeable when carrying out a used car PDI, even after covering 4500 miles on motorways and major A roads. Thank you Audi Colchester for being so thorough, I have just booked my car in, on 28th November, for a set of rear brake pads and discs as also recommended for replacement by your technician.
