Electronic Vehicle Health Check

Our visual health check (EVHC) provides a deeper dive into your vehicle’s critical components. Performed by our certified technicians, this meticulous process utilises advanced diagnostic tools alongside a thorough visual inspection. 

We present our findings in a clear “traffic light” system:

• Green for good (no actions needed)

• Amber for advised work in the near future (e.g. tyres 80% worn)

• Red for urgent attention (e.g. dangerously worn brakes)

This ensures you understand your vehicle’s condition at a glance. 

Importantly, no work is ever undertaken without your complete understanding and explicit approval. 

Our expertly trained technicians will carry out a 34-point check of items that are currently part of the MOT test. These items include:

✔ Exhaust System (condition, security, leaks)

✔ Fluid Levels (oil, coolant, brake fluid, screen wash, power steering)

✔ Lights (all exterior lights)

We also offer a Video Vehicle Health Check where you, our valued customer, can virtually enter our workshop and watch your inspection being carried out.

You’ll be able to see what our technicians see whilst your car is on the ramp, and they’ll show you the current condition of the various components. In addition, our technicians will be able to highlight to you any work that may be required.

3. Digital Reporting: Using the latest technology, all findings are precisely recorded. This often includes clear photos and even personalised video footage of your vehicle on the ramp, allowing you to see exactly what our technicians see. 

4. Traffic Light System: The results are then clearly presented to you using our straightforward “traffic light” system.

5. Personalised Consultation: Your technician or a service advisor will then walk you through your digital report, explaining every finding and any recommendations in detail, ensuring you fully understand your vehicle’s health. 

6. Your Decision: We provide this EVHC to give you good, honest advice, never any pressure. You are in complete control and decide whether or not to proceed with any recommended work - there’s absolutely no obligation.
